Socio-economic reintegration and empowerment are given a special focus in this programmatic cycle. Azad Foundation will develop a comprehensive Economic Development Program (EDP) for street-connected children, vulnerable children, and their families in the reintegration process. The EDP will comprise of basic skill development, culinary arts and education, Psycho-social counseling, language and communication, and management training and courses. Linkages will be developed with the hotel and restaurant industry sector to create business and job placement opportunities for children and adolescents to ensure sustainable reintegration by the exclusion of the poverty factor which is a major cause of the existence of the problem.

Street-Smart culinary education and training center

Established the Street-Smart culinary education and training center and functional, Approximately 1000  boys and Girls from street and vulnerable communities avail the professional training in the culinary arts, Education, Psychosocial counseling, language and communication, and management training services in 5 years.

Approximately 100 boys and girls will directly benefit from cash grants to support becoming an entrepreneur in relevant industries. Approximately 400 boys and girls will be placed in hotels/restaurants and relevant industries and counseling services to avoid relapses in the rehabilitation process through economic stability.

Approximately 500 boys and girls will directly benefit from the available social protection programmes from the government.

Approximately 300 families indirectly benefited from cash grants, and social protection services to support and enhance household resilience of registered children.
